Seven Lakes Banquet/Room Rental Policy

Seven Lakes does not guarantee rooms. Rooms are assigned by party size, with the largest on the scheduled day placed in the largest room. We do try to fulfill any requests. If you need privacy, please let us know when booking your event, otherwise privacy is not guaranteed.

If you wish to rent the upstairs room privately on Saturday nights, you must have at least 150 people. We do not rent the upstairs room on Friday nights or earlier than 3pm on Sunday afternoons.

We encourage you to order food from us when renting a room. There is a rental charge if you choose not to do so ($100 down $250 upstairs).

The person who makes the banquet reservation will be held for any charges that are incurred. Unless prior arrangements are made, all charges are to be paid in full the night of your event. We accept cash, corporate checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

Food Ordering/No Show Policy

We ask that you contact Seven Lakes one week prior to your event with a final headcount. Due to labor and other related costs, we can only allow a 5% shortage in persons reserved (100 reserved only 90 show you will be charged for 95). If you must cancel your banquet, a 24-hour notice is required or it will result in a 100% charge for all that was ordered.

Decorating Policy

In order to protect our property, we have a $50 damage prevention fee. If you decide to remove any of our room decorations (artwork, wall hangings, seasonal decorations, etc), you will be charged $50. We encourage you to decorate for your event, however when items are continually removed and replaced, damage is likely and we are trying to prevent this from happening. Also, if confetti is used when decorating, you will be charged a $50 clean-up fee (no exceptions).

Table Arrangements

Seven Lakes reserves the right to arrange your banquet in a manner most suitable to the size and type of event being held. We will take into consideration any special needs you may have. We do offer linens at an additional charge.

Downstairs Banquet Room Policy

The downstairs room is ideal for rehearsal parties, bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties or any event/party that is smaller than 100 people. We can serve either family style or buffet meals any night of the week. For casual gatherings, we also have many budget friendly options to choose from. Unfortunately, the downstairs is not handicapped accessible from the inside of the building, so please keep that in mind when booking your event.

The downstairs does have its own bar and a bartender can be supplied for an additional cost ($9.00 per hour/4hr minimum). Half-barrels of beer can be purchased for your convenience.

There is no wait staff on Saturday or Sunday mornings/afternoons. If you wish to hire one for your event, there will be an additional charge of $5.00 per hour including set-up and clean up time, unless you are having a banquet style meal.

Before your date is reserved, we require that you stop in at Seven Lakes to fill out a contract sheet. We also ask that you pay a nonrefundable deposit. If this is not done, your date is not guaranteed.
